What is the Eyelo warrantee guarantee?

Eyelo requires all manufacturers to extend a minimum 2-year limited warrantee on all frames.  


What is Eyelo's shipping policy?

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States via FedEx. For Standard 5-7 business day shipping: your order must be placed by 11:59pm Eastern Time (ET) to be processed the next business day otherwise it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:

International holidays may affect order processing based on country of origin.  


What are Eyelo's Shipping Charges?

Receive fast free standard shipping on all orders of 3 or more frames!

$15 flat rate for standard shipping will be charged for any order with 2 frames or less.


What is Eyelo's return policy?

Return authorizations are required for all returns and may be obtained by emailing support@eyelo.com.

Goods without prior authorization will not be accepted for credit.

Credit will be issued in the form of a credit note on the Eyelo member account.

Delivery discrepancies, shortages and damage claims must be reported within three business days of receipt of order.

Goods received damaged or defective and goods shipped in error can be returned for a full credit, including any shipping charges.

Goods that cannot be resold due to improper storage and packaging are not returnable.  

Non-stock, special order items are not returnable.
